Article 1 – Products and Training Courses

Article 5 – Delivery

Ange Massage cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
Deliveries may be made through Mondial Relay or any other authorized shipping partner.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law, Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the returned products have been received and inspected.
Article 7 – Training Courses
Training course bookings become final once payment has been received.
If the Customer cancels less than 14 days before the scheduled training date, no refund will be issued except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Ange Massage.
Ange Massage reserves the right to postpone a training course due to force majeure or insufficient participant numbers.
Article 8 – Liability
Ange Massage shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of products purchased through the Website.
The massage services and training courses provided by Ange Massage are intended solely for wellness purposes and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
