The energetic massage is used to stimulate the different energy points (acupuncture points) in digipuncture which will allow to unblock the energy in excess and to bring it where it is needed. It allows to rebalance the vital chi energy, to relieve localized pain and to revitalize your body.
Use of moxa: I use moxa which is a variety of mugwort (the plant from which moxa is made) to bring back more energy and heat when the acupuncture point needs more stimulation.
